These terms cover using our website. They are not the contract for our services — that’s a separate engagement agreement we go through with you before any work starts. Using this site means you accept these terms. If something here is unclear, the contact at the end will answer plainly.

1. Who we are

This website (knotless.com.au and knotless.au) is run by Knotless AI Pty Ltd (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX) (“Knotless”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@knotless.com.au.

2. What this website is for

This site tells you who we are and what we do, and lets you make an enquiry. That’s it. It is not where you buy our services, and using it does not make you a client. We describe how an engagement works, but the terms of any actual work are set out in a separate engagement agreement that we go through with you, and that you sign, before anything starts.

3. The information here is general, not advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice, and it is not specific to your business. Our pages talk about things like potential return, risk, and regulatory obligations in general terms — your situation is your own. Don’t act, or decide not to act, based only on what you read here. If you need advice for your business, that’s what an engagement is for, or speak to your own adviser.

4. Making an enquiry

When you complete the enquiry form, you give us your contact details so we can get back to you — usually within one business day — to arrange a time. Sending an enquiry:

  • does not create a client relationship;
  • does not commit you to anything;
  • does not commit us to taking on the work.

Please give us accurate details, and only information you are allowed to share. We handle what you send under our Privacy Policy.

5. Our content and brand

The content on this site — the text, the layout, the “knotless” name and mark, and the Knotless Assessment and the methods behind it — belongs to us or is used with permission.

You may read it, link to it, and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or reproduce our content for your own commercial use, or pass our methods off as your own, without our written permission.

6. Using the site fairly

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it. Don’t use it to send anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful. Don’t use automated tools to scrape or harvest it. We can restrict access if the site is being misused.

Our site, and the way we run our business, rely on third parties — for example, our website host and our analytics tool. We sometimes link to other websites. We don’t control third-party sites or services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be either. We may change, pause, or remove content at any time without notice. The site is provided “as is.” Where pages describe our services, prices, or process, the binding detail is always your engagement agreement, not the website.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service, or paying to have it re-supplied, at our option.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at knotless.com.au. By using this site you acknowledge that policy.

11. If part of these terms can’t be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest still apply.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the courts of South Australia.

13. Changes to these terms
